Dr. Jasmine Pope Collier created Faithful Deposits to help people connect their values to the way they live and steward their resources.
Her teaching brings together biblical stewardship, honest reflection and practical financial habits. She helps participants examine the thinking behind their choices and identify a faithful next step they can take.
Dr. Jasmine Pope Collier created Faithful Deposits out of a conviction that started at home. She and her husband of more than 11 years realized they couldn’t clearly account for where their salaries were going each month. They earned good money and had savings, yet weren’t building wealth or giving as generously as they wanted. As they prayed, God impressed a simple message on their hearts: “Be better stewards of every area of what I have entrusted to you.” They began budgeting every dollar, learning the fundamentals of investing, and taking intentional steps to get out of debt. Although they were already contributing to retirement, they became determined to do more, significantly increasing their contributions and making long-term financial freedom a shared goal. Working toward that goal brought them even closer, strengthening an already committed marriage. They also became more intentional about their time, making thoughtful choices about their commitments, being present with family, and using their gifts to serve through their local church. With their pastor’s support, they began teaching financial stewardship at their church, combining biblical principles with practical tools for managing money. That work grew to reach other congregations and community groups—and became the foundation for Faithful Deposits. Today, Jasmine serves as a national nonprofit CEO and brings her experience in leadership, service, and financial stewardship to her teaching. Through Faithful Deposits, she helps young adults, married couples, and communities connect biblical principles with everyday decisions. Through honest conversations and practical tools for budgeting, saving, investing, and reducing debt, she helps others take meaningful steps from wherever they are. Her passion is helping people faithfully steward their time, money, relationships, and influence to build God’s Kingdom and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
